Business Park Nivki City got modern glass constructions — hinged complex and glass pits combining the technical complexity of the old building, modern solutions of the ventilated facade and the aesthetics of modern architecture. As a result of careful design, there were glass canopies of different types and covers of pits that have been organically integrated into the facade.
The project envisaged Modernization of the facade and increase its functionality. The main elements — glass dimples that let daylight into the basement, and hinged canopies over entrances and windows. The key was central canopy over the main entrance — a large glass canopy, which was supposed to protect from precipitation and become the architectural accent of the building. Designs required accurate calculations of loads, methods of fastening and aesthetic coherence.
Due to the ventilated facade, the installation required special embedded parts— steel plates and anchors fixed to the load-bearing wall. All attachment points have been calculated taking into account weight of glass and wind loads, and for reliability applied chemical anchors. Large structures support Brackets and Stretches providing stability without damage to the facade cladding.

Hinged visors along the facade made for Combined scheme: a central metal beam with a support on the embankments and a vane system that unloads the structure. The steering wheel is attached to the front edge of the visor and the wall, keeping it without vertical supports. Concealed mounting nodes create the effect of “floating” glass, and the minimalist look corresponds to the architectural concept.

Central canopy has a hidden Bearing beam inside the frame and a symmetrical system of vants. Integrated into the design gutter and cable heating that prevents ice from freezing. All technical units are hidden, so the canopy looks concise, and the system works efficiently in any weather.

Glass dimples made of multilayer triplex, installed at a slight inclination on point fasteners (ratulas). This scheme provides drainage, ease of construction and safety — even when destroyed, debris remains on the film. Glass withstands the load from pedestrians, maintaining transparency and elegance.

The facade of the business park has acquired a modern look: the central canopy creates an architectural accent and protection, the side visors - comfort, and the pits - the natural lighting of the basements. Structures made of tempered glass, stainless steel and aluminum are distinguished by durability, safety and minimalist aesthetics, harmoniously combined with the ventilated facade.
