Requirements for the candidate
- Experience in a similar position, suitable work experience in related areas (furniture, metal structures, stone, etc.)
- Knowledge of technical aspects of construction (basic stages and terms of construction)
- Ability to work with office programs;
- High level of communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage projects and make decisions in limited time
Responsibilities of the candidate
- Preparation of a commercial offer for the client (B2B and B2C)
- Negotiating with clients regarding and conditions and stages of project implementation
- Planning and organizing projects using the Worksection platform (task-manager)
- Coordination of work with internal departments of the company and external contractors
- Control over the execution of the project according to the schedule and budget
- Ensuring high quality of work performance and satisfaction of customer requirements (selection of quality components and search for optimal solutions).
