Custom Glass Structures

Non-standard glass structures include products with individual designs and technical solutions that cannot be realized with standard fittings or glass. This includes glass vestibules, staircases, verandas and gazebos, fences, floors and ceilings, ceilings and walls, facades, bridges and even entire houses made of glass.

Glass vestibules is an ultra-modern alternative to classic brick vestibules or window systems. They do not look like an extension and leave the entrance visually open without burdening the facade with unnecessary details. Vests of glass are erected on metal structures or on rigid ribs of glass, replacing metal. Ceilings and walls of such vestibules are completely made of glass. They effectively protect against the penetration of cold or hot air, atmospheric precipitation, dust and smoke. Both hinged and sliding automatic doors are used.

Glass stairs — it is a structure where the supporting parts, steps and fences are entirely made of glass. Such stairs withstand heavy loads, so they are made of glass triplex with many layers. This process requires painstaking work of engineers and manufacturers. Possible options for partial implementation, where the load-bearing elements are walls or ceilings, and the steps and fences are made of glass. At the request of the client, handrails, lights and other architectural elements are added.

Glass verandas and gazebos — these are completely glass structures erected on metal structures or on rigid ribs of glass. Ceilings and walls of such structures are made of glass using terraced, sliding or swing systems. The walls are usually made of tempered glass, and the cover is made of triplex glass. Films, automation and other elements can also be added.

Glass Fences — an unexpected solution that adds openness to the space and performs the same functions as traditional fences. They can be erected using metal structures that perform a full or partial load-bearing function, or be completely made of glass. Such fences can be combined with classic opening and access systems.

Glass overlays laminated glass performs the function of a full-fledged floor and is a safe structure that can withstand the weight of furniture and people. They are often used to provide light access to the lower floors, and glass floors as a decorative element under which installations are placed or achieve a visual effect such as the illusion of no bottom.

Glass facades — these are cold facades made of tempered glass in combination with metal structures that perform a full or partial load-bearing function, or with the use of glass stiffeners. Such a facade can be an independent structure, closing large openings of various purposes with a transparent frameless system, or act as an additional layer, covering the main facade and adding ventilation and protection functions.
