The customer wanted to embody a bold architectural idea — to make a glass bridge that would not only combine the space, but also form the entrance to the new room. The main requirements are to maintain visual lightness, ensure fire safety and guarantee the reliability of the structure during daily use.
Our solution:
We designed the floor from a special triplex mounted on a metal frame that can withstand significant loads. Tempered glass was also used for fencing and partitions. All materials were selected taking into account fire safety requirements. Metal elements were treated with a special compound that protects the structure in conditions of high temperatures.
How the project went
Design: Created the design taking into account the technical standards and wishes of the designer. Particular attention was paid to fire safety — even at the stage of drawings.
Conciliation: We discussed each element — from the shape of the glass to the finishing of the frame.
Production: After the approval of the technical documentation, we produced all glass and metal components that had the appropriate certification.
Installation: Due to the large dimensions and weight of the elements, the frame was previously divided into parts. This made it possible to deliver and mount the structure without risk for the decoration of the room and with maximum accuracy.
What the client received:
The space where architecture turns into visual effect is a glass bridge as if suspended in the air.
A complete combination of aesthetics and technical standards.
Fireproof design suitable for daily use.
Installation without harm to the existing interior.
