Restoration of the glass canopy in the hotel “Opera”

Client Tasks:

Replace old and damaged glass canopy elements above the central entrance of the hotel. The main requirement is to preserve the stylish appearance of the structure and ensure its safety and reliability in daily use, because we are talking about the entrance to a prestigious hotel in the center of the capital.

Our solution:

We used hardened triplex 6+6 mm thick — it is a durable, multilayer glass that does not crumble when damaged. It withstands heavy loads and ensures safe operation in public spaces. To maintain the smooth shape of the canopy, the glass was made by Machine Molding — it allows you to create precise bends without loss of quality and transparency.

1. Accurate measurements: Determined the shape of each section using high-precision measuring instruments.
2. 3D modeling: Created a digital model to avoid manufacturing errors.
3. Production: Prepared a batch of glass with the desired geometry and properties.

5. Installation: Installed new sections on a metal base. Sealed all joints with a special sealing material that protects against leaks.
6. Checking: Convinced of the tightness and reliability of the structure before delivery.
